RETURN POLICY

We want you to absolutely LOVE your purchase from Southern Ties Boutique!

That said, we do accept returns as long as they meet the following criteria:

Items must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the order.
Items must be in original packaging and in new and unworn condition & free of smoke with all tags still attached.
Customer will be refunded in shop credit (minus the initial cost of shipping) and will be required to pay for shipping back to STB. Returns are processed once a week so please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed.

Exchanges: The returned item must meet the return criteria listed above. Please confirm with us that the item is available for exchange before you ship your return. If your exchange is received and the item you wish to exchange is not available, we will issue a return for store credit provided the item meets the return criteria.
